Both products sport identical graphics processors. The only differences between them are their core and momory clock rates. With a little tweaking, the Radeon HD 6570 DDR3 should achieve similar performance as a DDR3-equipped Radeon HD 6670. You should be able to find it in the budget-friendly $55 range. In light of this recent price drop, the Radeon HD 7770 offers a fairly fantastic price/performance ratio. Almost as fast as the Radeon HD 6850 you can't buy any more, this newer board uses only half as much power to get its job done. Introduced as a response to AMD's $560 Radeon R9 290X, Nvidia's supercard features a fully-enabled GK110 GPU with all 2880 of its CUDA cores enabled and backed by 1750 MHz GDDR5 graphics RAM. The 780 Ti only includes 3 GB of on-board memory and is significantly slower in double-precision math; however, it's unquestionably faster than the GeForce GTX Titan in games. You'll need to decide whether less noise, a more elegant cooler, and software like ShadowPlay is worth an extra $300 over the Radeon R9 290. At $660, it looks like a shoo-in compared to the $1000 GeForce GTX 690. But we're still not convinced that this board's driver issues are completely worked out (and that's in addition to high power consumption). To AMD's credit, the company took an important step towards solving its problems by adding a frame pacing option to Catalyst 13.8 beta drivers (as tested by Chris Angelini and a number of objective observers in his article Radeon HD 7990 Vs. GeForce GTX 690: The Crowd Picks A Winner), but you still can't enable frame pacing across multiple screens, in DirectX 9 titles, or in anything that uses OpenGL.
